Daily Rentals
Equal to 24 hours from time picked up until time returned with not more than 8 hours on Meter
Weekly Rentals
Equal to 7 days from time picked up until time returned with not more than 40 hours on Meter
Monthly Rentals
Equal to 28 days from time picked up until time returned with not more than 160 hours on Meter

- Rental rates subject to change. Rental pricing will be confirmed at time of rental.
- Delivery charges, if applicable, applied from shipping location.
- Lessee must furnish a Certificate of Insurance, naming Folcomer Equipment as Loss Payee and as the Additional Insured for the retail value of the equipment. Or obtain Loss Damage Waiver at an additional charge.
- Any Tire Damage, including FLATS, are customers responsibility.
- All repairs required due to abuse or negligence will be charge to the lessee upon return of the rental equipment.
- Cleaning charges apply if not returned clean.
- Rentals are full days only.
- Rentals begin when the equipment leaves store and ends when returned.
TO TAKE MACHINE OFF RENT AND ARRANGE PICKUP, CUSTOMER MUST CALL 800-218-9462
AND OBTAIN AN OFF RENT #.
MACHINE IS NOT OFF RENT UNTIL AN OFF RENT # IS ISSUED.
Customer will be responsible for providing insurance coverage for all property and liability losses. Liability insurance is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customer shall, at his own expense, provide and maintain coverage of not less than $500,000 combined single limits per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage.
Customer will supply Certificate of Insurance naming Folcomer Equipment Corporation as Additional Insured and Loss Payee within 72 hours of rental equipment leaving Folcomer's premises.
If a certifcate is not provided as required above,
a NON-REFUNDABLE LOSS DAMAGE WAIVER will be applied and charged to the customer at a
rate of 12% of the published rental rate.
The LOSS DAMAGE WAIVER DEDUCTIBLE is $1,000.00 per occurrence and payment of this deductible is the sole responsibility of the customer.
