Folcomer Equipment Corporation has a full rental fleet available for daily, weekly and monthly rentals. Our rental fleet includes some of the newest and lowest hour machines in the industry.

Rental Guidelines and Insurance
- Delivery charges, if applicable, are applied from shipping location.
- Any track or tire damage, including flats, is the customer's responsibility.
- All repairs required due to abuse and/or negligence will be charged to the lessee upon return of the equipment.
- Cleaning charges apply if the equipment is not returned in the condition it was rented.
- The rental period begins when the equipment leaves our facility and ends when it is returned to our facility.
- To take a machine off rent and arrange for pick-up, please call 800-951-2550 and provide us with the hours on the meter. The machine is not off rent until we are notified.
- Rental rates subject to change. Rental pricing will be confirmed at time of rental.
Customer will be responsible for providing insurance coverage for all property and liability losses. Liability insurance is the sole responsibility of the customer. Customer shall, at his own expense, provide and maintain coverage of not less than $500,000 combined single limits per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage.
Customer will supply certificate of insurance naming Folcomer Equipment Corporation as additional insured and loss payee within 72 hours of the rental. If a certificate is not provided, a non-refundable damage waiver will be applied and charged to the customer at a rate of 12% of the published rental rate. The loss damage waiver deductible is $1,000 per occurrence and payment of this deductible is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Daily rentals: equal to 24 hours from time picked up until time returned with not more than 8 hours on the meter.
Weekly rentals: equal to 7 days from time picked up until time returned with not more than 40 hours on the meter.
Monthly rentals: equal to 28 days from time picked up until time returned with not more than 160 hours on the meter.
